About DivvyLaw

Nikoo N. Berenji

Founder and CEO, DivvyLaw

Nikoo Berenji is a California family law attorney and the managing attorney at Berenji Divorce & Family Law Group. She spent the early part of her career at Latham & Watkins and as a trial attorney for the federal government and for Los Angeles County, then built a practice around the cases that decide how families leave a marriage: custody, support, property, and the disclosures the court requires before any of it can be signed.

DivvyLaw comes out of that work. The platform follows the sequence she uses with clients, in the order the court expects it, so someone representing themselves is not guessing at which form comes next or which deadline has already started running.
